Question 1

What is VIA?

Accepted Answer

A Christian app for Scripture, prayer, and community — one calm, private space to read the Bible, pray with people, ask honest questions, and walk with a few.

Question 2

Who is VIA for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who wants to grow in faith without the noise of a social feed. It works whether you're new to faith or you've walked with God for decades.

Question 3

Is VIA just another social feed I'll get pulled into?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no streaks, follower counts, or an algorithm pulling you back. Reactions are quiet — Amen and Praying, not likes or rankings. VIA is built to be the opposite of a feed: a calm space you open on purpose, then close.

Question 4

Does VIA fit my tradition or denomination?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set your tradition in your profile, and choose whether Ask VIA answers in your tradition, explains how different Christians approach a question, or just asks. VIA is built for Christians across traditions — not one denomination's view.

Question 5

Can I use VIA on my own, without a group?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Bible, prayer, and Ask VIA all work by yourself. Circles, groups, and churches are there when you want them, but nothing requires them.

Question 6

How much does VIA cost?

Accepted Answer

VIA is free to join. There's no paid plan today, and nothing about Scripture, prayer, or community is locked behind payment.

Question 7

Can I leave VIA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Settings, and VIA removes your account data with it.

Question 8

Is my prayer private in VIA?

Accepted Answer

You choose who sees each prayer — just you, your circle, your church, or anyone. Nothing is public unless you make it public.

Question 9

What is Ask VIA?

Accepted Answer

An AI assistant that gives Scripture-first, clearly-labeled guidance for your questions about faith and life. It's educational and devotional — not a substitute for your pastor or professional counsel, and it says so plainly.

Question 10

Does Ask VIA replace my pastor or counselor?

Accepted Answer

No. Ask VIA is honest about its limits and points you to real help for serious situations. It's a companion for honest questions, not a replacement for people who know you.

Question 11

How do I get started with VIA?

Accepted Answer

Create an account, pick a Bible translation, and you're in. It takes about a minute.
